Those who wanted to beg the Government for everything won, and they successfully made all the farmers to continue to beg the Government every year for everything.
People say that we have freedom, but unfortunately the majority of the farmers do not have the freedom to decide to whom to sell, where to sell and at what price to sell.
If it was implemented, it would have been the third major milestone in the freedom for people of India (after Economic Reforms and Telecommunication Reforms).
