Having No Governance

Freedom, democratic rights, the fundamental right to disagree with those who rule us, these things mean nothing until they are taken away.

The same thing is applicable for governance. We do not give value to governance, unless there is no governance.

If there is no governance at the national level, many anti-social elements can cause threat to the country at many levels including external security, internal security, economy, business and many other things. In India, probably only those who have migrated from/to India/Pakistan at the time of partition, would have seen how worse it can be, when there is no governance.

I would say, at any time, having Rahul Gandhi as PM is much better than having no governance.

If the same situation of Delhi happens in 2014 Parliament elections, and AAP forces to have no government, then that would be the worse thing for the country. I guess, in that situation, BJP and Congress may go together and form the government. Then, AAP leaders will give speech at Ram leela maidhan once again proving that, BJP and Congress are ready to do anything for power.

Since we cannot do 100%, Let's not do anything

Since, we cannot fulfill the first promise that we made, we will not form the government.

[When they get majority, little above 50%] We will not form the government, since, for one promise, it requires approval of the public accounts committee, and that is headed by chief opposition party. We will form the government, only if we get 90% seats. [So that, no party gets Chief Opposition Party status.]

[When they get majority in the union government, but less than 2/3rd seats] Since we cannot do the constitutional amendment, and we cannot fulfill the promises that we made without that, we are not going to form the government. We will form the government, if we get more than 2/3rd seats.

[When they get 2/3rd majority in the union government] For one promise we can do constitutional amendment, only if half of the states agree. Since, we don't have majority in half of the states, we are not going to form the government. We will form the government, when we get majority in half of the states.

Since, we cannot do 100% we promised, we are not going to do anything. Since, we cannot give absolutely good governance, we will give no governance.

Unless one has more than 90% control everywhere, one must go with others for something or other. If you want to do good for public, you can never ever say, "I will not go with that party/person at all".

I never thought, in a discussion between Mani Shankar Aiyar and some other party leader, I would give more respect to Mani Shankar Aiyar.

This is a question which is asked by many people.

I have a few questions for them.

How many engineers can explain limit, which they have studied in 9th class Mathematics?

How many CSE or IT engineers can write a program which is a little variant of the program that they had done in their first year?

How many electrical or electronic engineers can explain what is current or potential difference in such a way that, I can understand, which is there in 9th class Science?

How many people can tell the duties and responsibilities of MLAs or MPs, which they have studied till 10th in Social Studies?

How many people can tell why the word Satish is split as Sati + ish and not Sat + ish, which is there in 7th class Telugu (and also in most of the indian languages)?

I can bet, at least 50% cannot answer.

Except writing programs, I finished my engineering without knowing anything else. I learned few later on.

I am a below average student. Don't expect me to know everything that I had studied.

If you still want to criticize, go and criticize all the educational institutes that have given certificates to me.

"None of the above" Option in Voting

For all those who are interested in voting for "None of the above",

For each of the candidates, do you have one reason why you are rejecting that candidate?

Just because, the candidates from the major political parties are bad, it does not mean that, all the candidates are bad.

If you don't spend some time in knowing about the better candidate, and blindly vote for "none of the above" or do not vote to anybody, then irrespective of how many reforms are there, there will not be any improvement.


Every political party should be able to say that, there is no need of "None of the above" option.

They should tell everyone that, people do not need to select "None of the above", since their party is doing best and people should vote for their party instead.

Every political party must contest in all the constituencies, or have an alliance with other political parties to cover all the constituencies. It should be able to tell to whom one should vote in all the constituencies. One cannot change the country without even contesting in the elections.

If that is not the case, then the best option for that party is closing it and becoming an NGO.
