Shift + Space -> To Select Row
Ctrl + Space -> To Select Column
Ctrl + + -> To add the selection (If you had selected a row/column, then a row/column would be added.)
Ctrl + - -> To delete the selection
Had I known these shortcuts few years back, I would not have hated Excel this much.
